If your question is not here, speak with an advisor. We would rather have a candid conversation than a polished sales pitch.
What is Seavine Village?
Seavine Village is a 122-acre master-planned business tourism village on the Bay of Bengal coast in Kuakata. Nine tourism zones, a private beach, hospitality, enterprise, culture and community life are planned together as one village.
Where is it located?
Kuakata, Patuakhali, Bangladesh. The site sits close to Kuakata's sunrise and sunset beaches, with approximately 1.5 km of private shoreline.
Who is developing it?
Seavine Properties Limited, established in 2021. The masterplan is led by architect Rafiq Azam and is conceived in alignment with the Government's tourism village initiative.
How many zones are there?
Nine: Water, Eco, Business, Fish, Grameen, Culture, Sports, Food and Islamic. Each has a distinct role, connected by water, walking routes and shared open space.
Why is pricing not public?
We do not publish a public price list. Position, timing, allocation and structure vary. Detailed terms are shared privately after a short qualification conversation.
Can non-resident Bangladeshis invest?
Yes. We have a dedicated conversation for NRB investors, including guidance on applicable rules, documentation and remittance processes.
How do I arrange a site visit?
Use the contact form or call/WhatsApp us directly. Our team can arrange an initial conversation at our Dhaka office and a guided visit to the Kuakata site.
How can I verify ownership and approvals?
We encourage every buyer to independently verify land title, applicable approvals and project documents before making a decision. Our team supports the document review process.
Is a return guaranteed?
No. No investment carries a guaranteed return. Seavine Village is a long-term coastal project, and we make no promise of past or projected financial performance.
